Tournament walleye fishing is back once again at Lac Du Bonnet! Continuing where its predecessor, the Cape Coppermine Tournament left off, the 2nd annual LDB Walleye Shootout showcases why this body of water is considered to have the largest walleye in the province. Master Angler specimens surpassing 30 inches are regularly caught here. With teams scoring their five best walleye each day, it will be an absolute slugfest of big fish proportions to see who will take the title.
As always, you can follow your favourite anglers’ progress online by watching the Tournament Livestream on the Kickerfish YouTube Channel. Awards BBQ open to all at Drifters Inn on the Sunday at the end of the tournament.
